Double Casing Diffuser Vertically Suspended Pumps (API Class VS1 and VS6)

The model CZ is a double casing, diffuser, multistage vertical type pump (API Class VS6). By omitting the outer case, the CZ becomes submerged type pumps(API Class VS1).
The CZ is suitable for low NPSH, low temperature, and a wide range of process and industrial application. This pump is that NPSH can be adjusted by adding the column assembly.

Heavy duty construction is in full compliance with API610
Seal chamber
Seal chamber dimensions are in full compliance with API682 and API610 standards, and dual seals can be installed with our standard seal chamber dimension.
Small installation space and easy installation
Vertical type pump arrangement saves valuable installation space. In-line construction simplifies piping requirement.
Easy maintenance
Flanged spigot fit is adopted for head, outer case, bowl, and column for easy maintenance.
High reliability
The driver mount and the pump case are designed optimally to ensure stable operation.

The driver mount is appropriately designed to prevent resonance which is the cause of vibrations.

Spacer permits removal and repair of mechanical seal without disturbing driver.

Pump shaft with ample strength and rigidity minimize deflection and vibration.

Mechanical seal is applicable to all seal types and plans in accordance with API682 and API610.
Upon request, gland packing can be installed.

Closed single suction multistage impeller is designed to meet the wide range of specific operating condition with the maximum efficiency and low NPSH. The impeller is dynamically balanced to meet the API610 requirement.

Replaceable wear rings are furnished (at stationary side only).

Optimum designed closed clearance bushing minimizes the shaft deflection.
These bushings are lubricated by pumping liquid(standard).
These bushings can be lubricated by external source as an option.

The head is designed in full compliance with API610 (design pressure, nozzle external force, and moment, etc.).
Head is constructed of forged or fabricated steel which is of superior quality to casting.

Casting diffuser bowls are furnished at standard design. Precision machined diffuser vane type bowls is option.
It produces high sustained efficiency.

Length, diameter and wall thickness are designed to suit operating condition.

Suction bell mouth is designed to provide smooth efficient flow into the first stage impeller.
Lower bearing functions as pump shaft guide for alignment and concentricity.
